Slurry pump wear parts are bought on wear life, not on shape. The same component is made in different abrasion-resistant materials, and the right one depends on the solids, the particle size and the pH. Tell us the duty and we will quote the material grades that suit it.

Fitting is confirmed against the pump, not the description

Slurry pump parts are identified by pump size and model designation, and a part that looks identical can differ between a metal-lined and a rubber-lined version of the same pump. Send the pump designation and we will confirm which components interchange between the variants.

Do parts interchange between metal and rubber versions of the same pump?

Only partially. On the same pump size, some components are common to both the metal-lined and rubber-lined builds, while others are not. Send us the pump designation and the build type and we will confirm exactly which parts carry over.

What information do you need to quote?

The pump size and model designation, the material you want, and the quantity. A photo of the worn part with the pump nameplate is the fastest route.

Do you supply complete pumps as well?

Yes, as a project item. Complete pumps are quoted against an approved specification rather than listed, because the duty determines the build.
